Finance NQ Lawyer - Elite US Law Firm

This elite US law firm is looking for a September 2024 NQ to join their top tier Finance team in London.

The finance team is experienced in handling complex debt financing transactions for borrowers and lenders including direct lending, leveraged buyouts, domestic and cross-border syndicated lending, distressed debt trading, portfolio acquisitions and fund financing.

They are specifically looking for candidates who have trained with a top tier UK or US law firm, have excellent academics and have at least one seat in a finance department.
