Field Service Engineer

We're on the hunt for a reliable and enthusiastic Field Service Engineer with a passion for making customers happy by ensuring their drinking water and coffee facilities are maintained in tiptop condition!, The candidate would need to assist the team effort by completing the following tasks:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance servicing and sanitisations on all water, tap and coffee machines.


• Install and commission commercial coffee machines, water dispensers/boilers and other associated equipment at customers premises.


• Attend re-active break downs and call out repairs


• Ensure coffee and water machines are functioning to the highest standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the taste of great coffee.


• Conduct customer operator training (e.g. operation and cleaning of coffee equipment)


• Manage and supply timely job reports, including full completion of service reports (with photos if required).


• To support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business.
  
  Preferably previous experience in the water dispenser, boiling tap and coffee/vending machine industry.


• Electro-mechanical skills so able to identify machine faults and repair them with pride and confidence.


• Plumbing experience or skills


• Display excellent communication and customer care skills


• Polite, professional character and maintain high standards of personal hygiene


• Be reliable and prepared to work on to get a job completed to the satisfaction of the customer and the company's reputation.


• Self-sufficient management of spare parts stock holding in Service Van


• Be a good team player, set an example that others can follow


• Have a full clean driving license and like driving as part of their role


• Respect and uphold the Company's values and pursue the Company's goals


• Flexible and adaptable to new ideas and continual improvement within the business


Although experience is preferred, the applicant who demonstrates the best attitude and potential for the role will be considered and given training as relevant.,

Licence/Certification:
