Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit Field IT Systems Technician to work on our Thames Water Capital Delivery contract in South London and Thames Valley.
As the Field IT Systems Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring all Operatives are trained and equipped with data capture devices, and dealing with daily issues that arise. You will support Operatives over the phone, remotely and on-site with any technical issues and provide face to face on site training to operatives on the use of tablets and apps generated for tablets.
You will be responsible for setting up new phones/tablets with required applications and giving training on how to use them and also be competent creating/modifying user logins and reset passwords on request. You will investigate any system issues working closely with the I.T Contract Support Team, analyse the issues and translate to team members. You will need to keep an issue log and update regularly to ensure all issues are closed in a timely manner. You will assist in creating user guides and briefing notes when required due to implementation of new systems or systems changes and have a strong operational understanding of a water site set up, Company Car or Car allowance

Do you have excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills?
