Join our team as an Export Customer Service Specialist! We're seeking a dynamic Export Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to both our clients and overseas partners, ensuring smooth export operations and outstanding customer satisfaction. Location: Heathrow Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 to 17:30 (hybrid work after significant training) What will you be doing?

  • Efficiently manage email correspondence with customers and suppliers, ensuring timely responses.

  • Coordinate vendor collections and optimize logistics operations for efficiency.

  • Utilize Tango systems to generate shipping documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Generating shipment documents, including the master airway bill and house airway bill from start to finish.

  • Prepare export entries in accordance with UK HMRC regulations to maintain compliance.

  • Oversee post-flight tasks, ensuring smooth post-shipment processes and documentation.

  • Handle job file invoicing and implement cost control measures for financial optimization.

  • Investigate and address queries and complaints promptly, fostering positive customer relationships.

    Solid experience in the industry, with a proven track record in export operations or related roles.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective correspondence with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and handle queries and complaints from customers and suppliers promptly and effectively.
