Full Job Description

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be pivotal in managing the CEO's daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient building management, and maintaining high standards of health and safety. You will coordinate IT services, manage housekeeping, oversee security, and ensure all our facilities run smoothly. Your role will also extend to supporting HR processes, managing utilities, liaising with suppliers, and assisting with our governance practices.,

  • Manage the CEO's diary and email, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication.

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of building management and maintenance.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Manage relationships with IT and telecommunications providers.

  • Coordinate housekeeping, landscaping, and waste management across our sites.

  • Manage security services and utility providers.

  • Support HR activities including recruitment and onboarding.

  • Assist in the preparation, minuting and distribution of governance documentation.

    A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £32,000, dependent on experience.
