Full Job Description

  • Support of product demonstrations, execution of pilot projects and evaluations together with customers

  • Support the company's regional organization and customer engagements (will require global travel)

  • Contribute to RTA software product trainings

  • Provide second level of support (first via RTA hotline)

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of RTA Starter Kits

  • Participate to events, publishing withe papers, documentation and video on most common used cases for RTA products

  • Support the product development team on the elicitation of customer requirements

  • Provide consulting at customers

  • Support, coach and mentor FAE team members

    Master degree (or PhD) in an engineering discipline (e.g. computer science, control engineering/theory, electronics)

  • Must be willing to travel to support the needs of the UK and overseas business units

  • Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills

  • Must have strong presentation and communication skills and feel comfortable in front of customers

  • 5 years+ experience in area of embedded software

  • Strong business analytical skills

  • Experience of AUTOSAR would be a very strong advantage

  • Experience in requirements engineering
