Audience Growth: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to grow the email subscriber base while maintaining high engagement levels, utilising segmentation and personalisation strategies.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and targeted outreach, to meet specific marketing goals.

Analytics and Reporting: Analyse campaign performance and subscriber behaviour to guide future strategies, using data to drive decisions and report on ROI and effectiveness.

Collaboration and Innovation: Partner with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and explore innovative email marketing techniques and technologies.
