Domestic Fan Installer (Milton Keynes & Northampton)

Lukeman Electrical Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled domestic damp and mould fan installer to join our successful team. We have been providing services in the social housing industry across Milton Keynes and Northampton for the past 4 years. As a Domestic Fan Installer, you will be responsible for replacing or installing damp and mould fans in residential environments, including core drilling. You will also be required to produce a minor works certificate upon completion of the works.

Responsibilities:

- Replace or install damp and mould fans in residential environments, including core drilling on installation

- Produce a minor works certificate on completion of works.

- Interact with multiple individuals on a daily basis in a friendly and professional manner.

- Submit all paperwork electronically using online certification software and a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA).

Solid background and proven experience in working in a social housing environment.

- Possession of a full UK driving licence.

- C&G NVQ Level 2 or 3 in electrical installations.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience

- CSCS Card.

- Proficient in installing, servicing, and maintaining electrical systems.

- Positive attitude and strong determination to complete tasks to the best of your ability.

£900 - £1,200 a week - Full-time, Competitive daily rates. price work available. Giving you the freedom to increase your own income
