  • What will you be accountable for?
  • Using Learning Management System (LMS) to create and deliver training content.

  • Maintain and update your own knowledge on digital learning design practises and technologies, whilst undertaking a Level 5 Apprenticeship.

  • Liaising with stakeholders to scope the need and subject matter for learning content.

  • Utilising digital tools to create effective content.

  • Troubleshoot digital learning and suggest improvements to e-learning platform and LMS.

  • Understand technical and user requirements, considering user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) with the end user in mind.

  • Support OD team with roll out of OD projects., It is necessary for you to have the legal right to work in the UK when you begin employment with South East Water.

    Do you have a passion for delivering learning material? Are you looking to gain a Level 5 Diploma? Can you utilise digital tools to create effective training modules?, In this role, you will work towards a Level 5 Apprenticeship, building on existing qualifications of A-Levels or a Level 3 Diploma. This gives you the chance to nurture your natural interest in content creation and learning systems whilst gaining a useful qualification and developing your own skills.


  • Experience within a training environment or using an e-learning platform would be ideal, but we will provide you with all the necessary tools to bring digital learning to life. The most important thing is that you have a keen interest in developing learning content.

    Prior work experience in an administrative / office setting is crucial, as you will be expected to form and maintain good relationships across the wider business and within your own team. You must also be able to achieve deadlines and prioritise projects alongside your qualification. Competency with IT software and systems will also help you to navigate digital tools and troubleshoot technical issues when needed.,
  • A-Level or Level 3 Diploma qualification.

  • GCSE Maths & English at Grade 4+

  • Good technical knowledge, with competent use of Microsoft Suite

  • Demonstrable experience working in an office / administrative setting.

  • Clear interest in content creation and learning systems.

  • Creative and can-do attitude.

  • Organised and able to achieve deadlines.
