Customer Services Advisor, Fixed term maternity cover

16 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Wednesday 8.30am – 6pm, Friday 8.30am – 5pm

£22,071 - £23,034 per annum pro rata

 This is an exciting time to join City College Norwich and be part of a customer focused team providing a comprehensive service to all our customers - students, staff, and visitors.

 You will be an active member of the Registry team predominantly based at City College Norwich, Ipswich Road and will be required to work at City College Norwich School of Higher Education and Easton College on a rota basis. Responsible for ensuring enquiries are dealt with effectively and efficiently across the campuses. Candidates should have experience of working in a busy reception environment and of using IT packages especially service desk systems (with good data entry, speed and accuracy).

 Role will involve receiving and directing visitors, answering telephone callers and live chat enquiries; giving general information about the college; and assisting with general clerical duties.
