Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and managing a team of customer service representatives. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills., Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Train and onboard new customer service employees
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints
- Analyze customer service data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Proven experience in managing a customer service team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
