Full Job Description

We're looking for a CRM manager who is an expert at email marketing and has the ability to develop and manage retail lifestage programmes for Chillblast and CCL. However, we're also looking for a bit more than that…..CRM shouldn't just be email and we want you to break those perceptions. This role is about the customer and our aim, particularly with Chillblast is to offer an amazing experience for our customers. What we want from this role is someone with spark, who'll leave their desk, have a personality and opinions, talk to customers, buyers, pc builders and then look to develop great buying journeys.

We want someone who can look beyond email and think about customer loyalty and day to day comms on social channels, direct mail, who will work with the team on video and content to then put into our comms and offer wow moments. Someone who gets that every touchpoint is important - so let's do it brilliantly.

This is a role for someone who wants to own their channel, we don't want someone passive who's happy to send a couple of sales mails a week - we're excited by the possibilities and the fact that you can and will make a huge difference.
