As the Client Account Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day running of the John Lewis account. You will work with the Account Directors and Business Director on delivering innovative, creative and brilliant media planning that results in award-winning work.

You will be pivotal in ensuring client responses and deliverables maintain a high standard, and will be supported by an Account Exec and Assistant.

  • Comfortable servicing clients, leading internal and external day-to-day meetings, and presenting campaign responses

  • Experience building comms planning responses using industry data and tools to provide evidence-based media strategies

  • Strong spoken and written communication skills with internal and external teams and stakeholders

  • Knowledge in all media channels i.e. AV, OOH, Print, Programmatic, Social

  • Passionate about the brand and industry John Lewis work in, and about the UK media marketplace
