Full Job Description
- Lead development and implementation of the category strategies, from supplier sourcing through contract award to continuous contract performance management.
- Business partnering across the internal & external stakeholder group.
- Leveraging supplier resources for optimising value delivery through total cost savings and driving innovation, sustainability and managing risk.
- Negotiate contracts in full supported by legal along with leading and decision making for commercial negotiations with supplier
- Manage key supplier relationships and as required measure and review supplier performance and lead supplier continuous improvement programmes.
- SRM program roll out and followed up with KPI's measurement, regular meetings and corrective actions to meet requested service level
- Build, align and own annual budget for categories, quarterly forecasting & quarterly market led cost updates.
- Implement cost models as per contractual conditions, actively reviewing & adjust as appropriate.
At least 3-5 years procurement experience ideally in warehouse &distribution categories spend areas. - Knowledge of warehouse &distribution category in manufacturing industry

The Category Leader is responsible for developing and implementing WHS & Distribution strategies across TwO business as well as related procurement activities globally.
