Carpenter / Builder

We are seeking someone who would like to learn and or develop their skills in building and carpentry to join our team. As part of our team you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and renovating various structures from oak frame to traditional builds. This is a hands-on role that requires enthusiasm for outdoor work including but not limited to, oak frame joinery, carpentry, bricklaying, groundworks. roofing and joinery. The ideal candidate should have experience or the desire to work with both hand and power tools. Pay would depend on skill set, contact us for more details.

Experience / Requirements:

- Genuine enthusiasm to do hands on work and learn and develop skills.

- Experience in a practical role is preferred however not required.

- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools required.

- Ability to read and follow drawings with attention to detail.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- The desire to work in a family run business and help to develop and expand the business into more areas. Including personally helping on marketing and sales along with the other team.

- A vehicle is essential to commute to and from the workshop and or site (fuel allowance will be provided).

- Accountable and reliable to carry out work to a high standard

- On time and punctual.
