Full Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the contract director with leading projects and delivering business initiatives, developing strong relationships with both the client team and the internal operational teams.

You will be someone who thrives in a challenging environment and has a flexible working approach, while it is not often, there will be occasions where you need to see operational activity on a weekend or early evening shifts, the role includes mix of travelling to sites along with some time working from home

General Duties

  • Develop and maintain a culture where customer experience and satisfaction is always a number one priority

  • Work in partnership with our clients, developing strong relationships built on trust, transparency and excellent communication.

  • Support operational teams, highlighting and actioning areas for improvement, ensuring action plans are followed up and delivered to drive change in a timely manner.

  • Support the development and implementation of initiatives to ensure service delivery is in line with company and client operational expectations and financial budgets, identifying, investigating and actioning areas or opportunities for improvement

  • To implement and maintain the Statutory and Company standards of food and personal hygiene, health and safety and take any action as is necessary.

  • Providing coaching, mentoring, support and guidance to operational teams

    We are seeking a fast paced, skilled and motivated professional with an excellent eye for detail and the ability to shape, develop and implement process and procedures.


  • You will have excellent leadership skills with the ability to deliver results and the ability to effectively influence, support and coach regional and unit teams.,
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, clients and teams at various levels.

  • Strong leadership abilities to guide site teams and drive results.

  • Strong eye for detail with excellent operational experience and ability to drive consistent delivery of excellent standards.

  • Strong level of IT ability, literacy, numeracy and financial acumen.

  • Self motivated with ambition to grow and develop., Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
