Bookkeeper

As a bookkeeper at BC&A you will primarily be responsible for bookkeeping and VAT returns, with additional tasks including the preparation of statutory year-end accounts and tax returns. You will work closely with Senior Accountants, receiving on-the-job training and guidance as you support our clients' financial needs. This role may also involve ad hoc accounting or tax-related work and direct client interaction.

· AAT qualified or part ACCA/ICAEW qualified

· Minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounting practice setting

· Proficiency in software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Ftax, and MS Excel

· High level of attention to detail and accuracy,

• Accounting Practice: 2 years (preferred)
