Full Job Description

  • Supporting on master media list across press, influencer & key industry names

  • Helping to coordinate all press requests on a daily basis

  • Supporting on sample management including send-outs

  • Monitoring office supplies, samples and stock levels

  • Monitoring and tracking VIP and influencer coverage across online, social and in print

  • Monitoring coverage on a daily basis and cross reference with media reports

  • Working on coverage, influencer and trend reporting following various templates

  • Supporting the team by researching ideas for upcoming mailers, events and launches

  • Supporting the PR team on events, and day-to-day running of the office

  • Supporting with the growth of databases, builder a wider network of influencers and industry names

  • Attending weekly WIPs to ensure you are up to date on all clients

  • Client presentations & slides

  • Targeted Press meetings (if basics are being met)

  • Client call diary management and weekly call minutes

  • Project budget management

  • Monthly Blanket Newsletter & Trend Report Creation

    Experience in advertising, PR, marketing, communication or related field.

  • Excellent use of written English, including ability to write and edit press releases and media alerts.

  • Skills across word, excel and powerpoint

  • Social media savvy
