Full Job Description

  • To provide and maintain excellent levels of customer service, providing a prompt and efficient response to enquiries

  • Take ownership and responsibility when handling customer enquiries via inbound or outbound calls and other communication mediums, investigating, and responding to queries and calls proactively and efficiently

  • Contacting customers to retrieve any required information and to answer any queries they may have

  • Processing of emails

  • Answering telephones

    The successful candidate will work towards achieving their Apprenticeship Standard in Customer Service Specialist Level 3

    A dedicated work-based trainer will be assigned to the candidate to provide them with support and guidance throughout the course. This is a predominently work-based programme with College attendance required once a month. All learning will take place at the candidate's place of employment/College and within their contracted working hours.
