Full Job Description

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for TONI&GUY, ensuring every client receives an authentic, relaxing, and top-tier experience.

  • Enhance client satisfaction by delivering professional and soothing shampoo treatments.

  • Extend warm hospitality to all clients, offering and providing refreshments as needed.

  • Maintain the impeccable presentation of the salon at all times.


    • Some apprentices may have the opportunity to participate in global brand activities, including stage work, backstage assistance, and involvement in prestigious events like London Fashion Week and Salon International.

  • A genuine passion for a career that celebrates creativity, style, and boundless possibilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to connect and build rapport with diverse individuals and personalities.

  • No prior experience in Hairdressing or Salon work is required; we provide comprehensive training.

  • Paid training, Embark on an enriching 18-24-month journey as an apprentice, where training unfolds either in the salon with our exceptional in-house educators and assessors or at our renowned Flagship Academy in TONI&GUY London. Throughout the program, apprentices achieve a Hair Professional Standard Level 2 accreditation.


    • Schedule: Work a full 40-hour week, Tuesday to Saturday.
