- Serve as a brand ambassador for TONI&GUY, ensuring every client receives an authentic, relaxing, and top-tier experience.
- Enhance client satisfaction by delivering professional and soothing shampoo treatments.
- Extend warm hospitality to all clients, offering and providing refreshments as needed.
- Maintain the impeccable presentation of the salon at all times.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to connect and build rapport with diverse individuals and personalities.
- No prior experience in Hairdressing or Salon work is required; we provide comprehensive training.

- Paid training, Embark on an enriching 18-24-month journey as an apprentice, where training unfolds either in the salon with our exceptional in-house educators and assessors or at our renowned Flagship Academy in TONI&GUY London. Throughout the program, apprentices achieve a Hair Professional Standard Level 2 accreditation.
