Full Job Description

You must have a valid driving licence as you will be provided with a Company van to drive in order to carry out your role. You are able to park this van at home overnight and commute to and from work in the van.

  • The van cannot be used for personal errands/journeys.


  • What makes the perfect candidate?

    You must be able to lead, direct and manage your team to ensure the successful completion of all projects. You must have the ability to adapt to a variety of working environments such as the Head Office environment, our Pharmacy branches and other various properties that we own.

    You must have full clean UK driving license

    Your Main duties will include:

    Managing your team
    Setting up your work sites
    Completing set jobs in a timely manner
    Accurate record keeping of work carried out
    Safe keeping, inspection and tool maintenance
    The use of basic hand/ power tools (110v & 240v)
    Cleaning sites/properties
    Carpentry works
    General decorating
    Manual handling
    Driving to and from job locations
    Complying with the Group's Health, Safety & Environment Policy, Method Statements & Risk Assessments, On Site Health and Safety rules/procedures and Company Standard Operating Procedures
    Essential skill set required

    Ability to lead, motivate and engage a team
    Good communication skills
    Strong work ethic, commitment and loyalty
    Ability to use Smart Phones/ tablets/ Ipads
    Health and Safety awareness
    Driving licence
    Flexible in your availability to work
    Although not essential, it would be desirable if candidates held the following qualifications

    This position is permanent and the contracted hours will be a basic minimum of 40 hours per week, typically 55 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 9am until 6pm with a daily 1 hour unpaid lunch, often working Saturdays and out of hours, and working for short periods away from home. Salary up to £26,000 per annum, dependant on experience (based on a 40 hour contract)., First Aid Certificate
